The Contract is Ratified!
After 8 months of negotiations and a week of voting, the tentative agreement has been approved by our union membership with a 62% YES vote.
Next Steps
The city negotiation team will take the ratified tentative agreement to City Council tomorrow morning, 10/20/26, for council approval.
Once approved by council, we will see our 3% general wage increase as well as the lump sum payment on the next full pay period.
